Q. Where is my bLU cRU Debit Card?  

A. You will receive the debit card in the mail, www.blucruswag.com is the official merchandise store and does not handle the primary contingency benefits. You can call Yamaha direct @ 714.761.7509 if you have more questions regarding your contingency benefits.

Q. What is my RACER ID?

A. Your bLU cRU Racer ID was provided upon your Contingency Registration and can be accessed within your My Yamaha Account.

Q. My password is not working?

 A. email us @: blucru@m2sales.net and we will reset it for you

 

Q. Where is my new member kit?

A. All 2022 members who registered before May of this year will receive kits by the end of June. All members registered after the month of May will receive their welcome kits 2-4 weeks after registering.



Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. We make every effort to ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving. We typically ship USPS Priority Mail. Most packages arrive 2-3 days from shipping and you will receive an email notification with tracking.

Q. what happened to the $45.00 credit?  

A. Yamaha has re-configured the program and is sending new member kits out as a replacement to the store credit.

Q. Can I return an item?  

A. Yes, simply send us an email and we will provide a return label.

Q. How secure is my credit card information?  

A. VERY, we use a reputable third party company to handle the transaction and actually do not have access to your card information other than the last four digits.
