Q. Where is my bLU cRU Debit Card?  

A. You will receive the debit card in the mail, www.blucruswag.com is the official merchandise store and does not handle the primary contingency benefits. You can call Yamaha direct @ 714.761.7509 if you have more questions regarding your contingency benefits.

Q. What is my MEMBER ID?

A. Your last name and last four digits of your S/S#: example: name1234

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. We make every effort to ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving. We typically ship USPS Priority Mail. Most packages arrive 2-3 days from shipping and you will receive an email notification with tracking.

Q. I was unable or forgot to apply my $45.00 credit upon checkout - now what?  

A. Send us an email, we will issue a credit to the card used on the order. The credit is issued the day the order ships and can take 7-10 days to get to your account.

Q. Can I return an item?  

A. Yes, simply send us an email and we will provide a return label.

Q. How secure is my credit card information?  

A. VERY, we use a reputable third party company to handle the transaction and actually do not have access to your card information other than the last four digits.
